The Philanthropic Archives is one of many specialized subject collections at the WRHS. Collections in the Archives/Library are cataloged using Library of Congress (LC) rules and subject headings. Please note that the terms Philanthropy, Foundations, Donations, and Charitable Trusts are not authorized LC subject headings; however, if these terms have been used in narrative description within the bibliographic record the collection can be found using the general keyword search.
